With twenty years of experience across multiple industries, brands, agencies and start up cultures, Andreea has a wide range of marketing experience and a proven track record of balancing intelligence and creative magic to build commercially effective campaigns for both Romanian and international brands.
Andreea previously served as Client Service Director at Graffiti BBDO and prior to that she was the Chief Growth Officer at McCann Erickson Bucharest. Now she’s available for clients that want to change the game in their sector using breakthrough and innovative ways.
She worked with some of the best Consumer and B2B companies in the world, such as Albalact, Auchan, Dacia, OMV Petrom, Red Bull, Bancpost, Mars, Pedigree, DEDEMAN, MasterCard, Bayer, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, BRD, PepsiCo, Cadbury (Kandia Excelent), Bayer, Romtelecom (Deutsche Telekom), KISS FM, Eurolife, FASHIONDAYS, Fundatia REACT, Ursus Breweries, Zarea, Wrigley, Bunge, Zi De Bine, UNICEF, Worldvision.

Advertiser by day, future anthropologist by night. Teodora got into the stage of advertising after graduating ADC*RO School where she won the *Best of Outdoor prize. She also gained know-how on strategy and digital tools at IAA School - Media Strategy.
She is currently studying at the Anthropology Master’s Program at SNSPA where she is trying to figure out why and how are people doing everything they’re doing.
She got to exercise her insights and knowledge on clients such as: Nestlé (Purina, Baby&Me), Albalact, Mogyi, Heinz, Dr. Oetker, Nordic Food, Bonduelle, PPD Aperol, Kandia, Heidi, Pepsi, Tchibo, Huawei, EON.
Also known as Probably an illustrator, Andrei has been recognized by The One Club of Creativity as one of The Young Ones in 2020.
A self-taught visual communicator driven by curiosity, he worked on SAMSUNG, Glamour Magazine, Kiss FM, Cărturești and NESCAFÉ.
In 2017, while still an advertising student, he received the title of Laureat al Speranţei Academice at ARCUB. Since then, he works on concepts which he loves to vividly think and color.
With over 13 years of experience in marketing & comms and a relentless drive for more, Oana had the opportunity and pleasure to work on national and international campaigns for some of the most amazing clients and brands in FMCG (URSUS, PERONI, Albalact, Napolact, Corso, La Strada, Gerovital), Retail (Vivre, Fashion Days, Real), Banking & Insurance (Volksbank, Marfin Bank, Eurolife), Media (Kiss FM, Rock FM), NGO (WORLDVISION) & Shopper Marketing (Procter & Gamble).
